For a project at our client‘s site, an Insurance Company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedVP/MS Developer for Life&Pension Quotes (4579)
Our client is running a web based application used to calculate Life and Pension quotes. Instances are currently used in our client's international business. For this application we are looking a VP/MS developer.
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Classic VP/MS Workbench 2016 onwards, VP/MS Model Manager and VP/MS Styler
- Experience as VP/MS Model Manager, VP/MS Styler and in Debugging of VP/MS code
- Deep knowledge in Test Framework of VP/MS
- Experience in Life Insurances, if possible Life and Pension
- Experience in usage of version control system like GIT, TFS, SVN (preferably GIT)
- Basic knowledge of concepts of web applications
- Knowledge in technologies such as HP ALM, Jira or similar (preferably HP ALM)
-Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Integration into external tools (e.g. Z-Horizon, Policy admin systems)
- Control of Quote related UI, Calculations and Validation of user input
- Implemente all calculations and business rules in VP/MS
- Complex model with multiple dimensions (Categories, Benefits, Members, Rating Groups) for which calculations need to be performed and aggregated
- User Interface for all quote related screens are implemented with Styler
- Validations of user input on field level and across fields is implemented in VP/MS
- Generation of Management Information (MI) and output generation purposes
- Run VP/MS as a Web Based application hosted on tomcat on windows
