On behalf of our client, one of the large financial institutions, we are looking for a C# .NET Developer (Banking). For this 12 month contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who is available as ASAP.
Key responsibilities:
A challenging role as a Senior C# .NET Developer in a demanding business (Risk Management) and technical (Data Management DWH) environment.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Implementation of new requirements, with particular focus on scalability and performance
- Interaction with requirements engineers, project managers, and business experts
- Participation in prioritization and packaging of scope
- Solution supports business needs and strategy according to agreed priorities
Who I am looking for:
- Several years of development experience with the .NET framework and C#
- Deep knowledge of WCF, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, T-SQL
- Experience in implementing multithreaded applications
- Experience in implementing web services with WCF or WebApi
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Significant experience with the design, development and maintenance of enterprise data systems
- Experienced practitioner of development methodologies, standards and procedures with strong skills in data modelling
- Knolwege of Siverlight, WPF is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Priority will be given to candidates based in Zürich or someone who is committed in relocating.
