Senior Software Engineer - C#, .Net, ASP.NET, jQuery, SQL Server - Remote work
My client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely from home. As a senior Software Engineer you will have at least 10 years of application development with at least 5 years of developing web applications. You will also have at least 5 years C# and .NET development experience accompanied with experience in developing Windows Desktop applications using .NET WinForms. You will have a good understanding of the particulars of web application development in contrast to classic desktop development and have at least 5 years C# ASP.NET experience with at least 2 years using WebForms. In addition, you will have at least 3 years of experience with developing JavaScript, AJAX web user interfaces. Any experience with jQuery and/or Telerik RAD controls is a big plus. At least 5 years of experience working with SQL Server 2005 or later. This should include database modelling as well as writing T-SQL stored procedures and functions. Knowledge and experience with optimizing SQL statements' performance is also a great plus. Furthermore knowledge of architecting Client Server, data access heavy, desktop and web applications is also uselful including refactoring code, both C# and T-SQL, written by others would be a plus.
