Application Developer with profound Java knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- At least 4 years' experience working with the company's Java Platform with essential knowledge of the company's tool-chain
- Minimum of 4 years' working experience with back- and Front End programming in Java including J2EE technologies, preferably Weblogic, and web technologies like REST, XML, etc.
- Solid understanding with UML, design patterns and Datamodelling as well as very good know-how of database technologies, preferably Oracle
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing a Java-based Front End GUI using the bank's standardized Java Platform, as well as establishing a Back End business logic in Java including the use of an Oracle database
- Integrating the Java application with other external applications/services utilizing web technologies such as REST etc.
