For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

System Engineer - Linux/Perl (4495)

Your role is to provide and operate various central security and IT compliance services for the distributed UNIX environment in Switzerland and Midrange environment globally.

Your Qualifications:

-Deep knowledge of Linux operating system and Linux administration
-Solid experience with scripting in Perl
-IT-compliance experience would be beneficial
-Previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects/environments
-Aware of security-related risk and operational stability questions in large infrastructure environments
-Motivated, self-directed and driven
Committed to provide technical documentation (in English) along your scripting work

Your Responsibilities:

-Automate server administration and compliance/security tasks in a huge and complex server environment
-Guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
-Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to support them for their daily operation tasks and regular compliance duties
