Quality Analyst E-commerce with Spanish wanted for our Zurich based client.
Your experience/skills:
- Solid working experience as a quality operations analyst
- Expertise in shopping quality evaluation/analysis
- Good knowledge of SQL is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken, speaking other languages would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Reviewing offers manually and confirming third parties' results
- Assessing shopping search results along with identifying issues and interests in order to Improve the quality of the E-commerce services
- Establishing and allocating practices for data quality investigation and analysis
