Beschreibung

Job description:-

To assign and track tickets and change requests for service delivery.

(1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

(2.) To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.

(3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations

(4.) To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications/Competencies
The ideal candidate will frequently be required to work within a team of around 5-10 application support analysts, and will use their initiative in making sound decisions and judgments based on their Business and IT experience & knowledge. 
Significant experience with Unix (eg handling files, searching logs, checking processes)
Significant Experience with relational DB and writing SQL queries (Oracle/Microsoft SQL)
Expertise in working with SPLUNK
Strong team player
Good listening & spoken communication skills in English and German
Good problem-solving skills;
Ideally 3-5 years' experience required
Good expertise in analysing Stack Traces
Fair knowledge of messaging systems like MQ, etc.
Desirable Skills
ITIL certification or an understanding of the ITIL framework.
Knowledge of Banking Systems and business flows
Knowledge of Settlement messaging system eg Swift
Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, specifically JAVA, basic knowledge of Eclipse or other similar IDE
Fair knowledge of messaging systems like MQ, etc
