Junior Support Analyst - Murex/FX experience wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- In depth knowledge of Murex 3.1
- Expertise in Unix, Unix Scripting and programming
- Experience of vendor management along with the ability to solve complex issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- A degree in Information Technology and Software engineering
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing 2nd level support for FX Risk portfolio
- Facilitating Murex rollout to FX
- Supporting the multi-tiered environment Application Process Management Infrastructure
- Being responsible for the continual process improvement management production, Incidents management and mitigation performance and capacity management
