A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Technical Project Manager ideally with experience of managing the code promotion/ pipeline through the implementation and successful adoption of code and artefact management tools such as GitHub, Subversion, Nexus, Artifactory and others. It is a critical and risk driven project around the remediation of the toolchain: Changing application/software build chains according to the risk assessment.Workload: 80%

Tasks
• Managing all aspects of project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Understands and adheres to the SDCL methodology during the project duration and related phases.
• Identify and manage stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
Requirements
• A degree in BSc in Computer Science.
• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Financial services experience in a multinational, structured and process aligned environment.
• Current experience of working with software development teams.
• Exposure to the latest SDLC methods and tools such as Github and Subversion.
• Experience with DevOps and agile Project Management methods.
• Project Scheduling and dependency management.
• Status reporting through the use of PPM tools such as Clarity.
• A solid understanding of the use of MS Project.
• Risk, issue and Escalation management.
• Solid Change Management experience.
• Resource planning and demand management.
• Financial planning and cost management.
• The ability to define, document and communicate complex structures in order to develop remediation plans.
• Hardware/ platform experience to support the SDLC code management tools including capacity planning, requirements definition and scheduling.
• Dependency identification, impact assessment and re-planning to ensure schedule/ scope adherence to agreed objectives.
