Release Manager (Puppet Expert) (DevOps)
One of my market leading clients is urgently seeking an Release Manager with Puppet expertise to join their large multinational team in a dynamic environment for a pogressive and stable 6-12 months contract in Geneva, Switzerland.
This position is responsible for implementing and managing the software release process through development, test, and production environments. This role will participate in software development projects and support of developers, and testers as they set up build dev/test environments.
The ideal Release Manager will have the following experience;
- Extensive Experience in all aspects of in release management, including release planning, tracking and monitoring, release plan walkthroughs
- Expert with Puppet
- Understanding and experience of different DevOps tools (Ex: Jenkins, Octopus, VSTS, Maven, Ant, Chef, Ansible, salt-stack, GIT, SVN, and TFS)
