For a Pharmaceutical client in Kaiseraugst Switzerland, we are urgently seeking a Data Modeler BI/BW to start ASAP on a project that will run until at least the end of the year. The project has a global scope to deliver KPI's and CQA's for the Production line (Drug Substance and Drug Products).
You will create a centralized IT system framework to automatically acquire, analyze, and report global manufacturing data for improved compliance with process and product monitoring.
- Design stable, reliable and effective meta models across multiple different manufacturing data sources
- Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices
- Gather user requirements and identify new features
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in a Data Modeler or Data Architect capacity with hands on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL, as well as extensive background in data modelling and data warehousing
- Understanding of star/snowflake schemas, indexing, aggregate tables, dimension tables, constraints, keys, and fact tables required
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Understand the data requirements for the project and drive the solution based on the information needs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent English speaking, German speaking is a huge plus
