Job Description:
Summary: In an interdisciplinary project with team members from multiple sites you as a software architect are responsible for eliciting and maintaining software system architecture including conceptual and logical data models according to industry and internal standards.
Job Responsibilities: Elicit, communicate and review data viewpoints in software architectures, in particular, specify detailed logical data models and manage changes. Be the expert for any architectural system questions Support implementers in all aspects of system software architecture and data representation
Required Skills:
-4-5 years of experience in projects as software engineer and software architect within the C# or .NET environment
-Experience in information architecture and secure data flow/transmission between company sites worldwide within a highly regulated industry (medical, pharma or aviation)
-Excellent communication skills, proactively getting in contact with various stakeholders within a project and actively communicate the important topics to the project team and other stakeholders
-Experience in translating conceptual models to operational data objects like tables, views etc.
-Capability to act as interface person for all software architecture questions
-Experience with information modelling (object-role, valid values, finite state machines, business processes) as well as schema modelling with XML
-Long term commitment
Nice to Have:
-Knowledge of healthcare data standards (ASTM, HL7, IHE, DICOM) are a big plus
-Experience in data warehousing/analytical modelling is good to have
Education: Higher Education, such as University Degree (Masters or Similar)
Languages: Excellent spoken and written skills in English and German
