For a global banking client based here in Zurich we are seaching for an Enterprise DWH Developer.
The Job:
You will work i the Enterprise DWH & Finance Division.
The Enterprise DWH Developers support, maintain and implement data solutions for Private Banking DWH Works with DWH Architect, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to design data solutions and models.
Tasks:
- Is responsible for Incident management and 3rd level support for DWH applications and databases.
- Is responsible for effort estimation, technical specification, development and documentation within the DWH life cycle.
- Key Accountabilities Support, maintenance and development of our ETL (SAP Data Services) adhering to the Logical Data
- Models set by the PB DWH Architect
- Discover and analyse customers' business and technical requirements and deliver industry state-of-the-art solutions
- Collaborate with the Strategic Projects team and technical delivery teams to bring our customers state of the art and innovative IT solutions
Skills Required:
- Candidates must have a deep understanding of PL/SQL supporting, tuning and developing in Oracle environments (11g/12c) and SAP Data Services ETL.
- Strong working understanding of Data Ware Housing methodologies
- Nice to have: knowledge of Kimball Dimensional Modelling
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of Banking systems, preferably in Avaloq platform
- Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
- Team player with experience collaborating cross-team and sites to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic in approach
