For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a DWH Developer.
Job Description
- Close collaboration with DWH Architect, Business Analysts and SME's for designing data solutions and models
- Liable for the incident management and 3rd level support for DWH applications and databases
- Accountable for different topics within the DWH life cycle as effort estimation, technical specification, development and documentation
- Support, ensure and develop ETL adhering to the Logical Data Models
- Invent and investigate customers business and technical requirements and deliver them state of the art solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a similar position, preferable within a bank
- Very strong and deep knowhow of PL/SQL and Oracle environments (11g/12c) and SAP Data Services ETL
- Experienced in working with Data Ware House methodologies
- Skilled with Kimball Dimensional Modelling
- Knowledge with Avaloq platform (certification is advantageous)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial thinking attitude
- Excellent communications skills between different stakeholders
- Fluently in English is a MUST, German a PLUS
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- End: 30th November 2017 (extension possible)
- Rate per hour: CHF (all-inclusive)
