SAP Business Process Analyst - 6 month contract
Our client is seeking a Business Process Services Analyst to be based at their offices in Switzerland on a 6 month contract.
Your role and responsibilities as the SAP Business Process Analyst will be:
Excellent experience within FI/CO
Extract conformity data from client database (SAP)
Create reports by using project-specific MS excel/MS access macros
Analyse conformity data using different Information Systems tools from Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Management (SAP and customer specific engineering web-tools)
Propose corrective actions for the discrepancies
As the project is multinational, the new people will have to ensure the management of local team (2 to 5 people), (welcome, ramp up and monitoring of resource, skill, risk and conflict management, reporting to central mgmt., change process for scope and perimeter, control of delivery and acceptance monitoring).
Additionally to that, the resource will also have to ensure local customer relationship (collection of requirements and feedback, acceptance and Non conformity management, operational management (planning, schedule).
