Responsibilities:
- 2nd level application support (incident analysis and resolution)
- Lifecycle management
- Support release introductions
- Perform re-occurring maintenance tasks wherever necessary (eg data loads, regular check of IT logfiles, provide statistics related to the application)
- Proactive planning and measures definition
Requirements:
- Experience working in the financial sector
- Excellent knowledge of MS SQL and good understanding of MS.NET
- Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
- Familiarity with software development/customization processes
- Analytical skills in terms of complex and poorly defined problems related to applications and ability to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be a plus
