Service Desk Agent - Technical
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Technical Service Desk Agent to join one of their clients, a well renowned Financial Organisation operating in Zurich. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are seeking an English and German speaking candidate who is immediately available and experienced in similar environments.
The Role/Environment:
- Technical Service Desk Agent within a banking environment
- Owning ticket until successful resolution - includes overseeing issues beyond own capabilities
- Maintain bank policies and procedures
- Continuous performance, productivity and process reviews
- Error Analysis and troubleshooting mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills - will be responsible for supporting internal business
- Able to classify and set incident prioritisation
- Good knowledge of financial products (Reuters, Bloomberg)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and software products such as:
- Windows 7 (Active Directory)
- MAC OS
- Microsoft Office
- Terminal emulation
- Citrix
- VMware
- Experienced with IPC telephones, Blackberry and Apple mobile devices
Your profile:
- Completed further studies in computer science or related field (FH,HF)
- ITIL V3 Certified
- Several years' experience in a banking/financial environment
- Strong team player and good communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
Location: Zurich
Start Date: March 2017
Duration:6 month intervals
