We require a System Center Service Manager Architect to implement an integrated platform for automating and adapting our clients ITSM best practices, such as MOF and ITIL. You will architect a built-in processes for the companies incident and problem resolution, change control, and their asset life cycle management.
The main responsibilities are:
-Create PowerShell based Workflows in Service Manager (in-depth PowerShell knowledge, SCSM Authoring Tool)
-Creation of custom SCSM forms for custom SCSM classes (Visual Studio and C# knowledge up to some extend)
-Extending the SCSM data model with new classes and respective properties
-SCSM Management Pack Authoring (Visual Studio or similar editor)
-In-Depth knowledge of the SCSM and SMA (Service Management Automation) infrastructure and ability to troubleshoot.
-Some SCCM knowledge is also required.
-SQL is also involved.
