For a 12 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
User & Production Supporter (80% - 100%) (4144)
The successful candidate will work in the 2nd-Level-Support in Client Reporting applications.
Your Qualifications:
- DB2 knowhow (File AID and Spufi)
- Knowhow about banking products (securities, accounts, treasury products)
- Deep Knowhow in asset valuation and performance calculation
- Excellent communication skills and high customer focus
- Experience in using PL1
- Experience in support activities
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Your Responsibilities:
- Assistance of internal users (Relationship Managers and other IT Interfaces) in client reporting applications
- Primary contact for all issues of client reporting applications.
- Data corrections (Incidents) and data changes (Requests)
- Analysis of defects and define possible solutions in interaction with software engineering or other support units
