CyberArk Privileged Access Management - Engineer wanted within an international bank in Zurich.
Your experience/skills:
- Strong background in technical IT, especially in IT security, risk management, identity and access management, and privileged access management
- Expertise in Engineering (& Level 3 support) CyberArk for business requirements of an organization
- Track of levels of customisation or value add to the product. ie unique uses or evidence of work with plugins, autoit etc
- Deep level of understanding of how the elements of the solution work, how it can be optimized and improved
- Prior knowledge in upgrade of CyberArk Privileged Access Management suite
- Hands-on engineering experience with CyberArk, including Safe design, CPM and PVWA policy design in PIM/PSM version 9.x, as well as knowledge of Single Sign On Systems, SIEM systems, ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP
- Candidate must work onsite in Zurich for the first 3-6 months, afterwards remote work is possible (ie 3-4 days in Zurich, 1-2 days remotely)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working with the CyberArk engineering team to determine how new privileged access requirements can be met using CyberArk's rules, policies, workflow features and integration points, instead of Legacy tools
- Cooperating with the system architect to understand the company's target architecture for infrastructure privileged access and the high-level requirements for the privileged access management solution
- Working with the engineering team that provides third-level support for owned services along with extending the third-level support of CyberArk solution
- Designing and implementing custom enhancements and components that augment CyberArk functionality and enable it to work in restricted locations and business areas where bespoke solutions are relied upon
- Facilitating decommissioning of Legacy privilege access management solutions
