Senior Project Manager with 3 - 5 Years Meeting Management Solutions implementation experience is required by our client based in Geneva on an initial 6 month contract to assist our client in implementing a worldwide meeting management solution.
As things stand, our client doesn't have a solution in place however, they are currently reliant on a number of smaller bespoke solutions which cover conferencing, meeting management, facilities, bookings and also finer details such as web conf, dial in and coffee etc.
The client has c5500 official meetings annually therefore, candidates applying should have a good knowledge of both off the shelf solutions and also web/mobile development technologies for the creation of a large scale bespoke solution.
Together with a dedicated Business Analyst you will work closely with the business and stakeholders in gathering the requirements to scope, develop and implement the solution.
