For a 12 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst - CRM/Appway (4126).
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector, especially in the KYC environment
- Several years of CRM experience
- Strong knowledge of Appway, MS Dynamics and Actico
- Experience in agile development projects
- Structured and methodical approach
- Independent, efficient and structured way of working
- Communicative and able to record complex contexts and simply display them
- Fluent in English (written/spoken) - German is a big asset
Your Responsibilities:
- Create business specifications which can be implemented by Appway developers
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements in the field of customer and product profitability analysis, performance measurement, net new money and asset & liability reporting
- Preparation of technical concepts and technical specifications
- Supporting the implementation of the global MIS roadmap
- Coordination of implementation activities (know-how transfer, concept review, testing) in connection with internal and external SAP BI consultants
