Application Specialist eCommerce wanted for one of our clients in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University) and 3+ years of work experience supporting eCommerce systems in multinational environment
- ITIL V3 certification and extensive knowledge of project-, incident-, request-, problem-, stakeholder- and service management
- Expertise in application support with excellent knowledge of key support processes, SQL, Linux and infrastructure besides 3rd level support experience
- Know-how of ERP business processes in eCommerce as well as good understanding of development tools such as HPSM and JIRA
- Strong analytical (functional and technical) skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing, analysing and resolving incidents, tickets and resolutions related to eCommerce and applying root cause analysis and problem evaluations
- Training 1st and 2nd level support teams to avoid the re-occurrence of the incidents as well as updating the corporate ticketing tolls to ensure sufficient communication of resolution activities
- Assuring sufficient management of all resolution activities to succeed the greater re-use of resolution instructions based on known errors
- Providing on time support to minimize exposure of risk of eCommerce business activities and monitoring the platform to insure high availability of eCommerce and mCommerce services
- Providing configuration activities and assisting project teams in roll outs along with abolishing business disruptions by performing root cause analysis
