For one of our clients we are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in marketing projects around CRM/segmentation/email/loyalty programs to join an international team! This is a contracting role with ideal start in January 2017 and for a full year. Work location is Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Own the management and delivery of a wide variety of email and loyalty campaigns from campaign objective, defining targeting criteria, creative briefing and delivery (via a third party), trafficking and analysis
- Ensure that all campaigns meet brand guidelines as well as communication objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and look for testing and optimization opportunities in order to improve campaigns´ efficiencies and generate actionable insights
- Creating and maintain marketing calendar of program activity
- Closely coordinate campaigns with creative agencies
- Identify industry best practice within onsite, email and direct mail Loyalty Marketing and benchmarking own initiatives against competition
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a comparable role with a focus on CRM/segmentation/email/loyalty programs
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- Ability to work independently to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent English and German communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Jira experience an advantage as would experience with salesforce and a CMS tool
