Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist, Basel - Pharma

Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players with HQ in Basel.
This is a 10 months contracting position starting from January until the end of October with the option of an extension.
Your main responsibilities?
In this role, you as a key team member will be responsible for the following activities:
- Stakeholder Management
- Co-ordination of Regional organizational Change Management practitioners
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plans
To be the best at this role, it would help a great deal if you have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management project in a complex Matrix environment
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
- Project Management Certification (eg ITIL, PMP etc.)
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
- Development and implementation of Communications Plans and Change management Plans and Experience with PROSCI and ADKAR
- Knowledge of PMO, Project Management, Process Management, IT Application Management, IT Service Management, Organisational Change Management, facilities an Infrastructure and Training will be considering as nice to have
- Flexible to travel internationally
- Proven track experience in working with co-coordinating regionalized project teams and virtual teams spread across most global time-zones
- Other languages like Italian, French, Spanish or Mandarin are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
