For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated senior professional to take up the following challenge:
Senior Program Manager (Contract) - 5423
Job Description
- Establish SAFe as an Agile methodology (Scaled Agile Framework) at a large scale
- Responsible for a budget of >20 mio in 2017 and manage simultaneously several programs with many projects
- Cope with tight timelines and conflicting priorities
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders on senior management level (reports, decisions, escalations, etc.)
- Lead organizational development activities to warrant readiness of rollout within the bank
- Cooperate with existing Digitalization programs
Requirements
- Outstanding leadership skills on a program level, managing simultaneously multiple projects
- Effective track record in comparable positions and programs, ideally within a global financial institution
- Strong methodological skills (SAFe certified)
- Very skilled communicator in English
Contract Details
- Start ASAP
- Contract duration 12 months (+ possible extensions)
- Daily rate CHF 1000 all incl
- Location Zürich
