Data Management specialist
Are you a highly qualified Data management specialist with experience within a mutinational and muticultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within an international financing organisation? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Data management specialist to join one of their clients, an international financing organisation, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-
- Data collection and clean up (Collect final Excel reports and store in central SharePoint site, Collate in a master Excel file all individual reports, perform quality checks)
- Data upload (Upload relevant Excel templates to master IT system Salesforce, check successful completion of uploads, provide regular reports on the progress of the upload)
- Data migration (Support migration, participating in UAT, perform data extracts, migration of existing documents from current Sharepoint sites to new versions)
- Data quality assessments and general support. (Support teams on any technical issue or guidance need related to the usage of Excel templates)
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA programming would be a plus)
- Experience in performing data quality checks or data cleansing
- Experience in data analysis, visualisation and presentation to management
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
