Application support job in Zürich - Banking
On behalf of our client, top tier bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a 2nd level application support specialist to join their team in Zürich a 12months + contract basis. The support will be integrated into the existing Online Banking support which is has a deep know-how of and good network into the wide range of used interfaces and services.
Key responsibilities
- 2nd-Level-Support and incident management for the new application
- Resolving, and tracking of incident tickets, log-analysis and Triage (for 3rd level and interfaces).
- Collaboration with interfaces, business, Service Desk and 3rd level support.
- Preventive investigations and notification re. potential upcoming production issues.
- Support of service level-management during problem management.
Essential skills
- 5 Years + Support experience.
- Work well under pressure (incident management with high management attention).
- Very good analytic skills.
- Very good communication skills for different levels of technical understanding (app dev teams, business, management).
- Fluent in Englisch and German.
- ITIL experience.
- Java technology.
