Scrum Master- French speaking- Software Engineer/Developer- Aerospace Industry- Switzerland
NextLink Solutions need to hire an experienced Scrum Master for a crucial and very complex project, where all your Scrum Master skills and experience will be tested.
This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after Aerospace Industry in Switzerland.
The following Scrum Master must have the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a software developer/software engineer.
- On top 5+ years as acting scrum master.
- Experience in modern software development, meaning continuous integration and delivery (Maven, Jankins) Mastering Scrum tools, eg JIRA.
- Certification as scrum master.
- Practice (3+years) as scrum master.
- A strong cooperative attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communicator
- Self motivated and self-driven personality
- Fluent in English in speech and writing, level C1/ILR3
- French Speaking is a must
Roles and Responsibility:
- Support the respective stream leaders as scrum master. Perform the usual task of scrum master for the agile working team to organize their work in agile/scrum way.
- Coach and execute the scrum process in 2 teams, considering that scrum is not yet well anchored in our organization.
- Organize and lead the scrum process meetings
- Solve issues with/in the team or support the stream lead in that.
- Administer the backlog of the teams.
- If required support the stream leader in selected other aspect.
- End products/project outcome
- Get and keep the 2 teams running in agile/scrum mode thus allowing them to deliver.
