For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Core Java Developer - Backend (4086)
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Java EE in multi-tier architecture and multi-threaded environments in general and particularly on Java EE Web Tier (JSF) and Web Services area
- Knowledge of Spring framework and working experience with Oracle DBs
- Good command of Unix, WebLogic Servers and Enterprise Architect would be a plus
- Very skilled with Maven, SVN and TeamCity
- A track record of using object-oriented programming techniques
- An applied understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with solution architects and business analysts on design of new functionalities
- Implement new features according to specifications
- Support Q&A during the testing phase
- Contribute to improve the development process towards market standards
