Process Manager - Support IT Applications, Basel (100%) - Pharma
Are you a Process Manager with excellent technical skills to support IT application and currently looking for your next exciting project? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Process Manager to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.
For this temporary assignment planned to start in November until the end of the March 2017, we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available on a very short notice period.
Project background:
The candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of business solutions and components, mainly for Group Risk Management, Financial Compliance and Patent. He/she will be the primary contact for the customer and interface to internal/external partners.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience with IT and has good technical skills to support IT applications. He/she will be responsible for 3 applications. The support of 2 of these applications will be done from Poland which the candidate needs to monitor, but one application will be serviced from Basel.
Performing in this role you as an IT Project & Change manager will have following tasks & responsibilities:
- Monitor support service from our near shore support organization
- Act as component owner for the Risk Management solution
- Overviews ongoing pilots
- Responsible to manage the annual Change Cycle for Financial Compliance
Your profile:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position as interface between IT and business
- Very good technical skills to support IT application
- Ability to interact with variety of stakeholders, vendors and internal IT partners
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically whilst delivering on detailed outcomes
- ITIL certification will be an advantage
- Prior experience with Financial Compliance, Audit, Risk Management or Legal will be a big asset
- Support experience is highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Presentation and negotiation skills
