Solution Owner - English - Basel - Switzerland
NextLink is having an existing position as Solution Owner for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of business solutions and components, mainly for Group Risk Management, Financial Compliance and Patent. You will be the primary contact for the customer and interface to internal/external partners.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience with IT and has good technical skills to support IT applications. You will be responsible for 3 applications. The support of 2 of these applications will be done from another site which you need to monitor, but one application will be serviced from Basel. We are NOT looking for a developer or programmer but a person with a good technical understanding for the IT environment (maybe someone who has already experience as supporter).

Tasks:
Monitor support service from our near shore support organization
Act as component owner for the Risk Management solution.
Overviews ongoing pilots
Responsible to manage the annual Change Cycle for Financial Compliance
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in similar position as interface between IT and business
Good technical skills to support IT application
Good communication skills in English
Ability and eagerness to interact with a variety of stakeholders, vendors and internal IT partners
Analytical skills
Ability to think strategically whilst delivering on detailed outcomes.
Presentation and negotiation skills/Fast learner/Efficient/Detailed oriented
Nice to Have:
+++ ITIL
++ prior experience with Financial Compliance, Audit, Risk Management or Legal
+ support experience
