For our client in Olten, we are looking for a
IT Project Manager for a Tax Utility Project
with a duration of 6 months
Responsibilities:
*Take over and lead of an agile client service project (Tax Services)
*Define/adjusts a suitable tailor-made project approach, steer and control the project, specifies project phases, scope and deliverables and establishes detailed project documents (eg PID (Stages), project plan, resource plan, risk register, business case etc.)
*Manages project procedures and method, progress and performance in terms of risks, financials and resources
*Manages external provider and solution, defines processes and workflows for a suitable and scalable client service solution
*Coordinates implementation activities with the IT project leader/coordinator
*Ensures quality and within budget and on-time delivery of the project
*Manages and ensures the communication with internal as well as external project stakeholders to collect requirements and agree on commitments for approach, concepts and solution (in-house consulting)
*Manages and ensure the communication with our clients (Service taker)
*Ensures project monitoring and reporting to project bodies such as STC, Project Controlling etc.
*Representing the project to internal & external stakeholders, Management and clients
*Manages project issues and change control and escalates issues where necessary.
