For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Genève, we are looking to staff a Senior Change Manager to start on 10 Oct, 2016

Job Description
* Set up and management of a change project with a special focus on the definition and roll out of required methods and processes for managing first development and life-cycle of a hybrid software environment consisting of services in an SOA and of legacy equipment and operating a software development process for that same environment aiming at continuous delivery and integration with agile teams.
* Ensure delivery and initial implementation of the change program which is appropriate to the environment and efficient definitions of methods and processes
* Set up the organization and structures of the change project with all relevant stakeholders
* Lead and mange the change project
* Ensure delivery and implementation of the required methods and processes within time, budget, scope and quality based on existing processes methods and other inputs of which the practically reasonable parts /elements can be integrated
* Ensure that the delivered methods and processes fulfill all regulatory requirements
* Apply best practices in project management to ensure delivery with fulfilment of safety, compliance and quality requirements
* Report to governance boards

Must Haves
* Master in software engineering or business organization management
* 15 + years of experience in organizational set up and/or change management
* 10+ years of experience in project management of organizational change projects
* Proven experience in setting up and leading an organizational change project transferring an IT organization from maintaining classical monolithic applications towards an SOA centered organization
* Expertise in management of organizational change and processes and software lifecycle management methods
* Expert knowledge of software development process and methods, especially continuous integration/delivery
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
* Knowledge of agile methods
* Project management (ideally supported by a certificate like PMI/PMP, IPMA Level B, Prince2)
* Strong leadership skills complemented with a cooperative attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Very good communicator
* Managing people from multiple cultures
* Fluent in English in speech and writing, level minimum C1 / ILR3 but ideally level C2 / ILR4

Nice to Haves
* French and / or German in speech and writing

Contract Type: Contract - w/m
Start Date: 10 Oct, 2016 or by agreement
Duration: 6Months with extension
Workload: 100%
Workplace: Geneva with occasional travel to Zurich (1-2 days per week)
