Senior IT Business Analyst (Wealth Management)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with significant experience in Wealth Management. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Role:
- Finding solutions to business problems, analysing current processes and functionalities as well as generating new software requirements specifications for a core banking application in Wealth Management
- Developing subject matter expertise (SME) on the application and surrounding business processes.
Skills:
- Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry (ideally a Swiss Bank)
- Very good understanding of wealth management and its products
- Experience in position keeping (cash-/custody accounts), return/performance calculation, cost price, portfolio-consolidation, client information, financial instruments, client orders
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
- Good experience with UML
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, technical flair
- Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as good communication skills and keen perception
- Fluent in English, conversational German
