Digital Commerce & CRM Project Manager
BRINE SA is currently looking for a Project Manager for the following role:
Main purpose of the job
-
Responsible of the delivery of IS/IT projects to our internal customers (Commercial department and markets) by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks
Main Responsibilities

Delivery of IS/IT projects by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks.

Responsible of the collection of Business requirements raised by HQ departments and/or markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications, with or without the help of a dedicated Business Analyst

Ensure cross teams coordination, the Project Manager is the single point of contact concerning his/her projects. Provide regular feed-back on project (steering and operational committees).
Communicate with line managers for resources assigned to his/her projects."

Follow the internal and/or external developments ensuring that they fit with the IT strategy.

Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments/improvements for the implementation.

Provide appropriate documentation, training and coaching to the Business Project Managers and ensure the follow-up of the installation/deployment.

Answer the various requests from users to provide support on incidents qualified as Level 3 (expert analysis/resolution required) during the aftercare of the projects. Ensure the handover to the IS support organization.

Participate to the future IS tools evolution and deployment
Dimensions/KPIs
- Project delivered on time and within approved budget
- Risks are managed according to Risk management process
- PPMC, project management tool, up to date
- Requirements & Specifications sign-off from the stakeholders
- Sign off from involved teams at each gates (Architecture, Infrastructure, Support, etc )
- No major issues found during and after go live/rollout
- Documentation and change management plan are ready before Deployment gate
- Project handover signed-off by Support team
- Good feedback from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- Good communication skills in English & French (fluent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Business processes background
- Distinctive skills in planning & prioritizing
- Ability to identify and advice on a improvement action plan
- Proactive & solution finding approach
