Role: Business Analyst/Project Leader

Duration: until 30.12.2016 (extension until end of 2017 possible)
Role: The candidate will support the team with the development of different applications and software; eg to develop an application where costs can be split for different clients. With this application a reporting will be possible (eg what amount of money and time was spent for which client).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Plan & Manage a small project
-Act as a PM
-Act as the interface between Business and IT
-Support Business during Requirement definition phase
-Understand business processes and propose possible technical solutions
-Ensure proper tracking and closure of tasks on agreed timelines and delivery is according expected quality. This include the coordination with an offshore development team
-Act as a SPOC for application under your responsibility for incidents, requests, changes
-Run testing activities for the application in the responsibility area
-Travelling: Some travel (up to 10%) within Europe will be required
Mandatory Requirements:
-7+ years of experience as Business Analyst
-Good skill set in the application area along with respective technical skills/knowledge
-Profound experience in creating specification documents
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English (both!)
-Experience in Project Management
Nice to have:
-Former experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain area
-Experience in leading teams
Important:
-This is an onsite role in Switzerland (Basel area), no remote role.
-Candidate shall be able to have a face-to-face interview in Switzerland on short term notice.
