DWH Engineer (IBM DB2)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Database Engineer who is a master of data loading and data transformation. For this 3 months contract position (option of an extension) based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be part in all phases of the development life cycle
- Responsible to design, document and maintain data warehouse applications
- Develop software components according to the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Perform unit and integration tests of components
- Support in solving defects and deploying fixes to production systems
- Manage versions of software artifacts
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Proven track of record in building and maintaining database applications
- IBM DB2 work experience
- Strongly experienced in data analysis
- Proficient with database technologies - SQL, ETL, data transformation, data loading, data mining
- Strong know-how in AIX operating system
- Fluent in English
