Project Manager BPM wanted for one of our Zurich based clients in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Degree/Certification in project management, engineering/project management standard processes (PMI PMBOK), Oracle BPM 12c Certification will be of advantage
- 5+ years of working experience as a project manager within the financial services
- Excellent knowledge of BPM technology, BPM methodology, SOA and BAM as well as knowledge of Red Hat will be desirable
- Strong communication, analytical and visualization skills with ability to stick on given project methodology
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing projects, concentrating on scope, strategy and process projects
- Supervising transformation programs, which deliver demonstrative business value, data driven insight, improved operational efficiencies plus new forms of user experiences and engagement
- Developing a business vision and supervising complex project management by designing and implementing changes to the operations
- Working together with key business stakeholders and key business users to drive and implement process improvements
- Helping the business users, managers and software engineers to develop processes that automate and integrate complex IT environments
- Supporting the stakeholders to find and document as-is processes, model the to-be processes, develop user stories and user journey maps
