Our client, worldwide leader in the Pharma industry, is looking for a Business Analyst. The candidate will support the team with the development of different applications and software. eg to develop an app for the laboratories in where the costs can be split for different clients. With this app a reporting is possible (eg what amount of money and time was spent for which client).
Your responsibilities:

Implementation of a case management process. It is not a ticketing tool.

Our client receives email notifications for possible adverse events (eg medicament causes a heart attack). They are checking these emails and address it to right contact person (eg responsible in a certain country). The candidate will not be a developer but build a liaison between customer and developer (in India) to improve this process. S/he will work with the business and challenge them how to set up the best process for these cases. It is not to implement the full process but to support part of it

Track reconciliation: Client has different digital channels (eg websites, social media, etc.). The candidate should support to implement a reconciliation system.

Mobile Apps: support the developing of a mobile app with developers in Poland.

Important: They are not looking for a certified senior project manager but a mix between a business analyst, project coordinator and project manager.

Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather and assess requirements

Business Process mapping, conduct interviews and workshops with Business to understand and define processes.

Determine integration with Intranet and Collaboration solutions

Give priorities and validate requirements through workshops

Define project scope/Initiate project/Follow up on project progress (Timelines, Scope, Quality)

Get required validations and manage documentation throughout

Liaise with development teams (internal or external - outside Basel) and other IT partners to deliver the solution
Requested skills/experience

Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 5 years

Project Management foundation certificate
-
Multinational work environment
-
Excellent communication skills (English)

Ability to navigate in the organisation and mange stakeholders
Miscellaneous:
START: MId September/October 2016
END: 30.03.2017
Workload: 100% onsite in Switzerland (Remote work an option up to 20%, prior approval required)
English is compulsory
