Our client a well known international company in the Telecom and IT field is currently looking for an experienced Process Manager.
The process Manager is responsible for ensuring that relevant processes in support of the Managed Service provided to the customer are fit for purpose, well documented and agreed by all stakeholders and trained to relevant staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting, agreeing and publicizing the process using the Huawei MSUP methodology/formats
- Defining the Key Performance Indicator s (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the process
- Reviewing KPIs and taking action required following the analysis
- Responsible for the process design
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the process
- Reviewing any proposed enhancements to the process
- Addressing any issues with the running of the process
- Ensuring all relevant staff have the required training in the process and are aware of their role in the process
- Ensures that the process, roles, responsibilities and documentation are regularly reviewed and audited
- Interfaces with relevant in- and external stakeholders
Technical competencies:
- Excellent influence, persuasion and communication skills
- Good reporting skills
- Organized: good planning, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines
- Proactive, problem solving approach and flexible attitude
- ITIL certified
- Prince2 or equivalent
