For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
(Lead) Solution Architect
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich
In this role, you will analyze the requirements specification and design technical solutions. You will be accountable for the design and implementation of technical solutions and documentation. You work with Business and IT so that your solutions can be taken into consideration in the strategic roadmap of the domain, strategic goals of the Client Tax area, architecture standards and guidelines, economic efficiency, quality and feasibility within the project activities.
Required skills:
- German and English speaking
- very well experienced (> 8 years) PL/1 and DB2 software developer with knowledge in batch-processing, SQL, XML and MQ Series
- well experienced solution architect (> 4 years), able to lead an on-site and off-shore development team (4-6 software engineers)
- solid theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modelling (UML)
- good knowledge of Enterprise Architect 9.x
- working-experience within Swiss banks
