For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Support Analyst:
START: ASAP
DURATION: 12 months
LOCATION: Zürich
Your role Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others?
We're looking for someone like that to:
- Perform the deployments for Non-Prod and Production environments for the Advisory IT suite of applications, including weekend activity
- Plan and perform production releases and manage infrastructure changes impacting Advisory IT
- Perform the impact analysis and prepare the deployment plans based on close working with development counterparts - Handle configuration changes, script executions, etc..
- Actively participate in Incident or Problem Management calls/tasks if there are any issues related to deployment
- Interact and coordinate with upstream and/or downstream for any change requests/issues
Your team
You'll be working in the Investment Bank IT (IBIT) team in Opfikon.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Good understanding of Build and Deployment process
- Good understanding of Change and Release Management
- Worked in Application Release and Deployment and for 3+ years with a good exposure to ITIL aligned processes
- ITIL/ITSM certification
- Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task
You are:
- Self-motivated/proactive with the ability to work without close supervision
- Able to work effectively across globally located teams
