VoIP Operations Specialist
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced VoIP Operations Specialist to join one of their clients, a well renowned Swiss organisation. For this temporary assignment (6months +) based in Zürich, we are seeking an English speaking candidate who is immediately in 1 month time.
Your profile:
- Knowledge of operational support of the Genband CS2k platform, Ericson IMS, BroadSoft BroadWorks, Oracle ACME, Axiros Axess
- Skills with analysing, tracing (OCOM), troubleshooting of incidents or problems
- Skills with incident tracking with ITSM (ticket tool)
- Profound with automation of operational processes & migrations
- Experience of working with Fixed Line
- Fluent in English, German speaking a distinct advantage
Location: Zürich
Start Date: 1-2 months
Duration: 6months +
