Agile Scrum Coach - Switzerland!
- English speaking
- Proven coach with extensive agile and scrum experience
- Ability to assess agile projects and provide improvement advice
- Able to support and drive agile adoption
- Solid knowledge of the development life cycle
- Knowledge of Kanban and associated tools (not just post-its !)
A great role for a self-motivated and committed individual to drive agile adoption via a combination of coaching, agile community development, and governance support at this global, household name FMCG company. Working within the core application development group, you will need proven experience of working in multi-cultural and ideally multi-lingual environments, driven to improve the use of scrum and re-inforce the agile mind set.
Initial engagement runs until the budget year end, but there is ever opportunity for a longer engagement
Please note we are only able to consider applications from EU or Swiss passport/permit holders for this role. Based in the French speaking part of Switzerland near cheap international travel hubs (and the slopes!), and being paid in the most stable currency (Swiss Francs) in the world, you will be fully assisted for the duration of your assignment (relocation, work permit, insurances, taxation etc) by our Swiss office - real local support on your doorstep!
