Your Skills
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- Project Management activities: preparation of milestones
- Project Management activities: tracking of plans and activities, composing meeting minutes
- Project Management activities: preparation of project documentatio
- Knowledge of. MS Project, MS Visio, VBA for Excel
Your Tasks
- Support of project setup (eg project charter, scope statements, project handbook, etc.), project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closing
- Support of project organisations regarding preparation of project status/progress reports
- Manages project information to support project teams, management teams (eg project steering, platform steering, Life Cycle Teams, etc.), and decision making
- Handling of Project- and Management meetings (set agenda, organize meetings, edit minutes) Proactively identify gaps, look ahead to potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions
- Analysing influences on project planning caused by changes, risks or issues Early exposure of any deviations (schedule, resources, budget) and early warning of concerned parties
- Consulting and support of project leaders in identification and implementation of preventive and/or corrective measures
