For a six months project of our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for several
Junior/Senior 2nd Level Supporters (3877)
You will be working in a team of software application supporters, providing day-to-day support to users all around the world
Your qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years experience working in IT, ideally within a financial organization
- Proven track record of high performance in a service orientated environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Unix (eg extracting data, searching logs, checking processes)
- Experience with SQL querying (Oracle/Microsoft SQL)
- Fluent in English, German in addition an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively identifying knowledge, performance and quality gaps within the team and addressing them using hands-on face-to-face coaching
- Leading major incidents to ensure that incidents which may have an adverse impact are appropriately escalated and resolved
- Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
