NextLink Solutions are looking for a part time eArchive Business Analyst for an initial 6 months contract, based in Basel, Switzerland. You will be part of the eArchiv, which is a global service that archives application/structured data. This will be a part time, position 8 hours a day, 3 days per week.
Business analyst eArchive tasks:
- Conducting data assessments in collaboration with business and technical owners
- Engineer archiving requirements in compliance with Records Managements regulations
- Update process documentation (Excel and Powerpoint) like current archiving pipeline, budget and cost figures and assessment documents
- Coordinate project timelines and requirements with the technical team
Business analyst Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English, German nice to have)
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed
- Able to work independently and as a teamplayer
- Records Management Experience
- High level Relational Database Management System knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
- German is desirable
- Previous Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
