For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Junior Project Assistant communications and change management

Background:
The high-level goal of the Intranet program is to deliver an Intranet solution that provides employees with swift, simple and seamless access to the tools and information they need to effectively perform their daily work.

We are looking for a junior communication assistant to support on communications and change management activities until the end on 2016.

Tasks:

  • Support the Change Management (CM) stream by implementing the CM plan items
  • Work with media editing tools (Photoshop, Camtasia)
  • Create and implement communication plans (internally)
  • Interact with external agencies
  • Conduct global surveys and analyse the results
  • Meeting facilitation
  • Project events organization.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of project related experience in a communications and change management
  • Good presentation skills in English and German
  • Good knowledge of digital communications (Google+, Channel One etc...)
  • Former experience in projects at a global pharmaceutical company
  • High level of English
