For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Senior Business Analyst Master Data Management
Background:
The project is about the selection and implementation of a master data management platform for the logistics department. It is the same background as the other MDM job postings we have had recently, but this time the Hiring Manager is particularly looking or someone that has a Business Analysis background and experience in writing requirements.
Tasks:
- The position holder should take ownership of the creation of the user requirements and actively contact the diverse business experts and users.
- Additionally the requirements should be checked for feasibility in tools available in the market starting with the Informatica MDM suit.
- It is expected that the business analyst has a strong IT background. Ideally he has been a developer in Informatica using the Analyst and Developer tools
- Furthermore strong experience in Microsoft Access and macro-programming is expected as it's possible that we need to reverse engineer an existing Access based solution.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience as business analyst
- 5 years of hands-on experience in the Informatica master data management (Meta Data Manager, Data Quality)
- 5 years experience in programming languages, ideally Microsoft Access macros
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Informatica ETL (Power Center)
- Experience in other Master Data Management tools (SAP, Collibra)
Latest start date: July 2016
Duration: Till 23.12.2016 (with optional extension)
Location: Basel (no remote option)
